Information we collect
We collect the contact and property information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, job description and any photographs or attachments you send. You may also provide room dimensions, access arrangements, preferred dates, an organisation name or a claim or work reference.
We generally collect this information directly from you. If an insurer, property manager or another authorised person enquires on your behalf, we may receive relevant contact and job details from them. Please provide only information you are authorised to share and leave out unnecessary identity documents, financial and medical information.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess the requested work, prepare quotes and arrange services. Relevant details may be shared with people authorised to arrange the work and with builders, hygienists, laboratories or other specialists involved in the job. We may also use or disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Our hosting, email and IT providers process information to deliver and support these services. Our business email uses Microsoft services supported by Sigmatech. An information-pack request is used to reply with the service information you requested; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website enquiries
The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, property address and a job description. Other details are optional. Information-pack requests require only your email and chosen service. Without contact details or enough information about the job, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quote. You can call us instead of using the form. You can make a general enquiry without giving your name; we may need contact and property details to arrange a quote or service.
When on-site sending is available, submitting the form sends your enquiry securely to Jones & Co and saves a copy in our restricted website enquiry inbox. An email notification is sent to our administration team. If you choose to email us instead, your email provider handles that message.
We use automated checks and submission limits to protect the forms from spam and misuse. Temporary security records are removed when they are no longer needed for those checks.
Storage and security
This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Submitted enquiries and their uploaded photos are stored in a restricted WordPress database and automatically removed from the website inbox after 90 days. We do not save form entries in browser storage. Emails, attachments and ongoing job records are held in our correspondence and business systems. Website backups may retain earlier copies until those backups expire. Service providers may also keep delivery and security records.
Retention depends on the record, the work involved and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Contact us to ask about information we hold or request its deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet those requirements.
Overseas service providers
Our hosting and email providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Microsoft data locations depend on the services and account settings in use. Contact us if you need information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry.

Cookies, maps and website activity
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Our hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site. A temporary browser setting controls page animations; it contains no personal information and is not sent to us.
The embedded Google map loads as you approach it on the page. Google receives connection information and may use cookies under its privacy policy. Directions and review links open external services. This website does not request your location; your map provider handles any location permission needed for directions.
Access and correction
Contact us to request access to your personal information or to ask for a correction or deletion. Describe the records concerned so we can locate them. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information; please do not send identity documents with your initial request.
Privacy complaints
Send privacy concerns to the contact below, describing what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Please allow 30 days for a response. If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for advice about its complaints process and jurisdiction.
