Yes. These are part of our specialist rug work. The fibres, dyes, construction and condition determine the method. Include the rug’s size, photos and any care label; we can help if you do not know its age or fibre.
Some stains permanently change fibres or dyes. Results depend on the rug, the stain and previous treatment. Tell us about pet accidents and any products already applied.
Start with its dimensions and photographs of the whole rug, label and problem areas. An inspection may still be needed to confirm the work. Call before bringing a rug to the workshop.
