Clean and extract
Indoor cleaning combines agitation with hot-water extraction to recover loosened soil and solution. Outdoor areas may suit brushing and pressure washing, with the method chosen for the surface.
Reseal and protect
We select premium commercial-grade sealers for the surface, foot traffic and indoor or outdoor exposure. Preparation, drying and curing are part of the work; access and reopening times need to allow for them.

Cleaning removes surface soil; it does not repair cracks or missing grout. Dull patches on stone can be etching or wear rather than dirt. Send close-ups so the surface and suitable work can be assessed.
